Dr. Deborah Azar is a native of Pineville, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 1988 with a degree in Science Education. She attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health and Sciences Center in Shreveport, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine in 1993.
